"New Fortune Best IR of Hong Kong Listed Companies" was launched by New Fortune, a leading financial magazine in China. Its aim is to help the market discover exceptional investor relations management teams based on various factors, and to have a positive influence in terms of optimising the governance structure of listed companies, improving information disclosure, and promoting healthy development of the capital market. The selection process involved two rounds that cover two aspects, namely, objective and subjective evaluations. As objective indicators, New Fortune took into consideration the market capitalisation management and risk controls capabilities of 510 Hong Kong Stock Connect companies, subsequently selecting 320 candidates for entry into the voting session. In the second round of subjective voting, New Fortune invited Hong Kong stock brokerage analysts, QDII fund/investment managers, and the heads of Hong Kong and overseas investment institutions to vote on the IR teams of eligible Hong Kong listed companies. Ultimately, 41 companies stood out from all of the candidates and were awarded "Best IR of Hong Kong Listed Company", representing a total market capitalisation of over HK$4 trillion.
